QuickVisitMD ચકાસાયેલી અને સંપૂર્ણ વિનંતી મળ્યાની તારીખથી 30 દિવસની અંદર મેડિકલ રેકોર્ડ્સની વિનંતીઓનો પ્રતિસાદ આપે છે, જે રેકોર્ડ્સ ઍક્સેસ માટેની અમારી પ્રતિબદ્ધતાનો ભાગ છે. જો અમે તમને લેખિતમાં જાણ કરીએ તો 30 દિવસનું વિસ્તરણ લાગુ થઈ શકે છે. તમારા રેકોર્ડ્સની ઇલેક્ટ્રોનિક નકલો માટે કોઈ ચાર્જ નથી. જ્યારે તમારા રેકોર્ડ્સ તૈયાર થઈ જશે, ત્યારે તમને જાણ કરવામાં આવશે અને તમે પેશન્ટ પોર્ટલ દ્વારા સુરક્ષિત રીતે તેમને જોઈ શકશો.
