Will a doctor actually treat my issue?
Yes, if your problem is safe to check online. Ankur Fadia, MD sees every patient himself. He is the only doctor at this practice. When it is the right treatment, he can also write prescriptions for medicine that is not a controlled substance. A controlled substance is a drug the law limits, like strong pain pills.
How fast will I hear back?
You pick your speed before you send your request. Standard answers within 6 hours. Priority answers within 3 hours. Rush answers within 1 hour. With Rush, your prescription can reach your pharmacy in as little as 1 hour. Filling out your visit takes about five minutes. You will get a message in your secure portal as soon as the doctor finishes your review.
