Scope with boundaries

Focused care, not everything-care.

This practice is built for straightforward adult issues that can be reviewed clearly online. When a request falls outside that lane, the next step should be obvious instead of vague.

How this stays clinically careful

  • Focused on common adult concerns that can be reviewed safely online with history and, when helpful, photos.
  • Built around one physician providing care, clear exclusions, and direct redirection when in-person care is safer.
  • Does not provide controlled substances, refill management, chronic pain care, imaging orders, or lab requisitions.
  • Keeps the experience simple on the front end without pretending every problem belongs in telehealth.

FAQ

A few direct answers before you begin.

Will a doctor actually treat my issue?

Yes, when the concern fits the practice and can be managed safely online. If you use QuickVisitMD, your issue is personally reviewed and treated by Ankur Fadia, MD, the only physician in this practice, including non-controlled prescriptions when appropriate.

When does the response clock start?

You can submit a request any time. Response windows are measured only during posted service hours: daily, 6:00 AM-9:00 PM ET. After-hours requests start at the next posted service opening unless they are handled sooner. See Terms for response window policies.

Do I need a live phone or video visit?

QuickVisitMD is designed so most requests can start and finish through secure messaging, without an office visit or video chat. Patients in West Virginia will receive a brief physician audio call as required by state law. If more information is needed, you may be asked follow-up questions or directed to a more appropriate care setting.

What happens if a request is not appropriate?

The site is designed to screen early, but the clinical workflow should still reserve the right to decline and redirect when a case needs higher-acuity care.

What happens after I submit a request?

A physician reviews your request and sends a secure email alert when your update is ready. After sign-in on the QuickVisitMD portal, you can view the diagnosis, plan, next steps, and any non-controlled prescription information when appropriate.
