QuickVisitMD मेडिकल रिकॉर्ड के अनुरोधों का उत्तर एक सत्यापित और पूर्ण अनुरोध की तिथि से 30 दिनों के भीतर देता है, जो रिकॉर्ड तक पहुँच के प्रति हमारी प्रतिबद्धता का हिस्सा है। यदि हम आपको लिखित रूप में सूचित करें, तो 30 दिनों का अतिरिक्त समय (एक्सटेंशन) लागू हो सकता है। आपके रिकॉर्ड की इलेक्ट्रॉनिक प्रतियों के लिए कोई शुल्क नहीं है। जब आपके रिकॉर्ड तैयार हो जाएँगे, तो आपको सूचित किया जाएगा और आप उन्हें रोगी पोर्टल के माध्यम से सुरक्षित रूप से देख सकेंगे।
