Confirm a QuickVisitMD work or school note.
Enter the note ID and one-time code printed on the note. A successful check confirms the note was issued by QuickVisitMD and records when the verification happened. If a code no longer works, the patient can request a new one from the secure portal.
Enter the note ID and one-time verification code from the QuickVisitMD work or school note. A successful check confirms the note was issued by QuickVisitMD, and that code will not work again after it has been verified.
If the code has already been used or no longer works, the patient can sign in to the secure portal and request a fresh verification code.
