QuickVisitMD is committed to accessible digital care for everyone we serve — adults, and children 4 to 17 for select conditions — in Virginia and West Virginia.

QuickVisitMD targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as the conformance standard for this website, the patient portal, and the intake flow.

We aim to acknowledge feedback within 5 business days and to remediate confirmed barriers within 30 days where feasible, and sooner when a barrier blocks clinical access.

A few outside tools we do not control, like the Stripe payment box, may fall short of full accessibility — ask us for another way if you hit a barrier.
