Full refund before physician review begins; after review, fees are generally non-refundable. See Terms of Service for complete details.

One basic work or school excuse note may be included in the visit fee when medically appropriate and issued at physician discretion.
Documentation is never guaranteed. Any note or form depends on the physician's clinical judgment and the facts of the case.

Billing note
QuickVisitMD is a self-pay service and does not bill insurance directly. Your fee is displayed at checkout before you pay, and you can pay with an HSA or FSA card. A written Good Faith Estimate, as required by the No Surprises Act, is generated at checkout before payment and is available for download through the secure patient portal. If you are billed for more than the Good Faith Estimate, you may dispute the bill by contacting us or calling 1-800-985-3059.
QuickVisitMD does not bill any insurance plan on your behalf and does not submit claims. If you have commercial (private) insurance or are uninsured, you can request a superbill — an itemized receipt showing the physician’s NPI, the online digital E/M CPT code for your visit (99421-99423, based on the physician’s cumulative time), and your ICD-10 diagnosis — to submit to your own plan for possible out-of-network self-reimbursement. Reimbursement depends entirely on your plan’s out-of-network benefits and is not guaranteed.
Because asynchronous online visits are a non-covered service under Medicare, Medicaid, and TRICARE (including Medicare Advantage), there is no claim to file with those programs: those patients pay cash and receive an itemized coded receipt for their records rather than a superbill. An itemized receipt or superbill can also be used to substantiate payment from an HSA or FSA card.
The price shown at checkout is what you pay for that request. Rates may change for future requests.
Use your HSA or FSA — and get a superbill
Pay for your visit with your HSA or FSA card at checkout. Every visit comes with an itemized, coded receipt you can keep for your account records. If you have commercial insurance or no insurance, you can also request a superbill — an itemized statement with the physician’s NPI, your visit’s CPT code (99421-99423), and your ICD-10 diagnosis — to submit to your own plan for possible out-of-network reimbursement. QuickVisitMD does not bill your insurer for you, and reimbursement is decided by your plan, so it is not guaranteed. (Medicare, Medicaid, and TRICARE patients receive an itemized receipt rather than a superbill, because asynchronous online visits are a non-covered service under those programs.)
