Start with screening

Choose the condition that sounds closest to what is going on, then answer a short screening. This helps confirm early whether the request still looks like a good fit for online care before you spend more time on the intake.

If it does not look like a good fit, the site can point you toward in-person care before a longer form begins.

Step 2

Complete your intake

Answer the focused questions for your condition, type anything important in your own words, and upload optional photos when they would help show the problem more clearly.

This is also where you confirm the response window and price you want before physician review begins.

Step 3

Get your secure physician update

A physician reviews your request, and your diagnosis, care plan, instructions, and secure messages appear in the portal. After payment, you can enter the pharmacy you want on file so it is ready for your visit plan.

You can follow the whole update in one place instead of guessing what happens next.

Requests can be submitted any time. Response windows are measured only during posted service hours: Daily posted service hours, 6:00 AM-9:00 PM ET. Standard is 8 posted service hours. Weekend hours are still posted service hours for QuickVisitMD; after-hours requests start at the next posted service opening unless handled sooner.
