Gift & referral credit program terms

All gift and referral credits are a service credit of Ankur Sunildatta Fadia PLLC d/b/a QuickVisitMD d/b/a QuickVisitMD only. A service credit can be redeemed only toward a future QuickVisitMD visit.

A service credit is not cash and is not a cash equivalent. It is never paid out, cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for money, and has no cash value.

Gift credits are sold in fixed amounts: $25.00 / $50.00 / $100.00. The referral credit is a fixed $10.00 for each side.

QuickVisitMD is a self-pay practice and does not bill any commercial insurance or any government program.

Anyone whose care is billed to a government program — including Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, or Veterans Affairs (VA) benefits — is not eligible to buy or use these credits.

Credits are granted to patient accounts only. They are never paid to a physician, clinician, or marketer, and are not a commission or fee-split for referring patients.

A gift credit is a refundable account credit with no expiration date. The purchaser may request a refund of an unused gift credit back to the original payment method.

If a credit is applied to a visit and the physician later declines or refunds that visit (for example, as out of scope before review), the credit that was used is restored to the account so nothing is lost.

Every patient has a stable referral code in their account. When a friend enters that code while paying for their FIRST paid visit, both sides receive a $10.00 service credit.

The referral credit is granted only on the first paid visit per referred email. You cannot use your own code, and the referral credit is not stackable with itself.

Ankur Sunildatta Fadia PLLC d/b/a QuickVisitMD may modify or discontinue this program at any time. These credits create no right to medical care and guarantee no clinical outcome; every visit remains subject to all eligibility, clinical, and consent requirements.
