Each employee enters the code at checkout and pays for their own discounted visit. QuickVisitMD never bills the employer for employee visits.

A discount only, not a benefit
This program distributes a discount code only. It does not create an ERISA group health plan or an employee benefit plan, and it is not insurance.
The employer does not pay for, pre-fund, or sponsor employee visits — the employee remains the paying patient.
Aggregate-only reporting
The employer sees only an aggregate redemption count on a read-only status page. We never see or share who redeemed the code, or any visit or complaint detail.
This is a hard privacy rule: nothing links a person to a redemption in any employer-facing report.
Prepaid visit blocks (by contact only)
True prepaid-visit blocks are not available self-serve. They are offered only with a benefits-counsel attestation — contact us to discuss that option.
