What do my employees get?
Every employee who uses the code gets 10% off their visit. The discount applies every time they use it, not just the first time.
What does it cost me?
Nothing. Your business never pays for an employee's visit. Each employee pays their own bill, already discounted. QuickVisitMD bills the employee directly, never you.
What do I have to do?
You get one shared discount code from us. You give that same code to any employee you choose. That is the only step on your side.
How do I get a code?
There is no online signup form yet. To start, contact us using the button below and tell us about your business.
What happens after that?
We will set up your discount code and send it to you. We will also send you a private, read-only link where you can check how many times the code has been used.
A discount only, not a benefit plan
This program distributes a discount code only. It does not create an ERISA group health plan or an employee benefit plan, and it is not insurance.
The employer does not pay for, pre-fund, or sponsor employee visits; the employee remains the paying patient.
In plain terms: ERISA is the federal law that covers employee benefit plans, like group health insurance. Handing out this discount code does not create one of those plans. Your business is not sponsoring a benefit. You are only sharing a discount, and each employee pays their own bill.
Employee privacy: a feature of this program
Privacy is built into this program, not an afterthought. You will see one number: how many times your employees have used the code. That's all.
You will never see who used the code, or any details about an employee's visit or health concern. Nothing in any report to you ever connects a specific person to a code use.
Prepaid visit blocks
A prepaid visit block would work differently: instead of each employee paying a discounted price at checkout, your business would pay in advance for a set number of visits.
We don't offer this as a simple online signup. It requires a signed statement from a lawyer who advises on employee benefits (called "benefits counsel").
