Financial assistance

Healthcare is a right, not a privilege.

We believe cost should not be the reason someone goes without appropriate care. Income-based help is available for eligible self-pay visits.

You do not need insurance, a bank login, a Social Security number, immigration papers, proof of assets, or any documents to apply the first time.

Designed to be simple

  1. 1. Tell us how many people live in your home and your estimated yearly income.
  2. 2. A doctor reviews your short application. The doctor will approve it, ask one follow-up question, or say no.
  3. 3. Once approved, your lower price applies automatically for 12 months. It applies any time your visit uses the same email and birth date you gave us.
  4. 4. After 12 months, you only need to apply again the next time you need care.

Standard visit assistance

  • At or below 100% of the federal poverty guideline: $19
  • 101–150%: $29
  • 151–200%: $39
  • Priority and Rush keep the same fixed +$40 / +$90 response-window add-ons.

What this covers, and what it doesn't

This assistance lowers the fee for a regular QuickVisitMD visit, if you qualify. It does not lower the cost of your pharmacy, outside labs, other companies' fees, or specialty services.

Concierge Club membership fees are never discounted. If you qualify for both Club pricing and financial assistance, you get whichever price is lower — not both combined.

Short application

Use the same email and birth date you will use for your visit. We show your estimated price before you submit, but your price does not change until the doctor approves your application.
