Can I join right now?
Yes — you can sign up online in about a minute. Choose the plan and billing cadence that fit you, enter your email, and check out securely. Cancel anytime (cancellations are not refunded).
Do I need a membership to be seen?
No. Membership is completely optional and never gates your first visit. Anyone can start a one-time visit at the standard $59 / $99 / $149 pricing without joining. The QuickVisitMD Concierge Club™ simply lowers the price and adds perks if you use QuickVisitMD more than once.
How much do member visits cost?
$39 Standard, $79 Priority, and $129 Rush — $20 off every public tier, on every visit.
Is membership insurance?
No. QuickVisitMD is a self-pay service and the QuickVisitMD Concierge Club™ is not insurance. It does not cover hospital, lab, imaging, or in-person care, and it cannot be billed to Medicare, Medicaid, or any insurance program.
Can I cancel?
Yes — cancel anytime. When you cancel, the subscription simply stops renewing; cancellations are not refunded. You keep all member benefits and member pricing through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and it does not recur after that. The full membership terms (including this no-refund cancellation policy) are shown before you enroll.
Who can use the household plan?
Up to two adults in the same household. As with all QuickVisitMD care, membership only sets your price and queue priority — never who can be seen — and is available to people located in Virginia or West Virginia.
Who does a Family plan cover?
Up to two adults plus up to four children (ages 4 to 17) in one household — everyone gets the same $39 / $79 / $129 member visit prices. Children are always seen with a parent or legal guardian present and consenting, on pediatric-eligible visits. Membership only sets the price and queue priority; it never changes who can be seen — every adult and child still meets the eligibility rules (Virginia or West Virginia location, plus age and guardian consent for children) at each visit.
