QuickVisitMD does not send claims to insurance for you. If you have commercial (private) insurance or no insurance, you can ask for a superbill: a detailed receipt with the doctor's NPI number, the visit code (CPT), and the diagnosis code (ICD-10). You can send it to your own plan yourself to ask for out-of-network reimbursement (money back). Whether your plan pays is up to the plan and is not guaranteed. Medicare, Medicaid, and TRICARE do not cover these visits, so those patients get an itemized receipt instead of a superbill. Either document works for an HSA or FSA account.
The site checks whether your concern fits, and the physician can point you to a safer place for care when online care is not appropriate.
