Will a doctor actually treat my issue?
Yes, if your problem is safe to check online. Ankur Fadia, MD treats every visit himself — he's the only doctor at this practice. When it's the right treatment, he can also write prescriptions for medicine that is not a controlled substance (a tightly restricted drug, like strong pain pills).
How fast will I hear back?
You choose your speed before you submit — Standard answers within 6 hours, Priority within 3 hours, or Rush within 1 hour. With Rush, your prescription can reach your pharmacy in as little as 1 hour. Filling out your visit takes about five minutes. You'll get a message in your secure portal as soon as the doctor finishes your review.
When does the clock start, and when does it stop?
Your clock starts the moment you submit and runs around the clock, any time of day or night. It stops one of two ways: when your prescription is sent to your pharmacy, or when the doctor decides no prescription is right and sends you your care plan instead. See our Terms for more detail.
