You answer a few focused questions for your child and confirm you are their parent or legal guardian with the authority to consent to their care.
Step 3
Add your child's weight
You enter your child's current weight so any medicine can be dosed carefully by weight, with built-in safety caps. It's a simple step that helps keep dosing right for a growing child.
Step 4
A physician reviews
A physician reviews your child's request and, when appropriate, sends a diagnosis, care plan, and any prescription to your portal. If something needs an in-person exam, we tell you where to go.

Every children's visit is completed by a parent or legal guardian, who confirms they have the authority to consent to the child's care.
Built-in warning-sign check
Each visit screens for warning signs. If your child needs to be seen in person, we guide you to urgent care or the emergency room right away.
Weight-based dosing safety
Any medicine for a child is dosed by weight, with safety caps built in, so dosing stays appropriate for their size.

Care is for children physically located in Virginia or West Virginia. It's self-pay, so no insurance is needed and you see the price before you pay.
